Requirements
FB Detail Lab is a mobile valeting and detailing service, providing professional vehicle care directly at your home or workplace. At the moment, we require access to both a water supply and a power outlet in order to carry out our services efficiently and safely. We also ask that there is sufficient space available around the vehicle for us to work comfortably.
If these requirements cannot be met, please contact us before booking so we can discuss alternative arrangements where possible.
Deposits & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change and unexpected situations may arise. However, cancelled appointments represent lost time and income for a small independent business providing a premium service. We kindly ask for your understanding and consideration when scheduling appointments.
All initial bookings require a deposit and are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the selected package, vehicle size, location, and level of work required.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Bookings may be transferred to another vehicle or person up to 48 hours before the appointment, provided the new vehicle and location meet our terms and conditions.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total booking value. This amount may be credited toward a future booking at our discretion.
Pricing & Vehicle Condition
All prices provided are estimates and may vary depending on the vehicle’s size, condition, and level of contamination.
Additional charges may apply for vehicles requiring excessive cleaning due to:
Heavy staining
Pet hair
Mud or sand
Makeup or spillages
Mold or mildew
Excessive dirt build-up
Vehicles with intricate designs, large wheel setups, or specialist finishes may also require additional time and care. To ensure accurate pricing, we recommend sending clear photos of the vehicle before booking. If photos are not provided, the final price will be discussed and agreed upon prior to any work commencing.

Please note that prestige, performance, or supercars may incur an additional charge due to the extra care and attention required. Any additional costs will always be discussed before work begins.
Weather Policy
FB Detail Lab is equipped to work in most weather conditions and appointments will proceed wherever it is safe to do so. However, in cases of severe weather, appointments may need to be rescheduled. If this happens, we will arrange the next available date and time convenient for both parties.
Customer Preparation
Please remove all valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle before the appointment. FB Detail Lab cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items left inside the vehicle during the service.
Insurance & Liability
FB Detail Lab is fully insured, including public liability coverage, giving you peace of mind while your vehicle is in our care. While every effort is made to deliver the highest standard of service, FB Detail Lab cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or faults that become visible during the cleaning or detailing process.
Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have any concerns regarding the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment so we can work to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
